Deine Aufgaben

Data und AI Plattformen sind Dein zu Hause. Des Weiteren gestaltet sich Deine neue Herausforderung wie folgt:

Du gestaltest und leitest zielstrebig herausfordernde Data Science Projekte in einem interdisziplinärem Team
Routiniert erkennst Du die Bedürfnisse deines Kunden und entwickelst effektive, datengetriebene Lösungen
Aus den Datensätzen Deiner Kunden extrahierst Du die für die Aufgabenstellung entscheidenden Daten
Du kreierst innovative Lösungen mithilfe moderner Methoden aus den Bereichen Statistik, Machine Learning, mathematischer Optimierung und Visual Analytics
Du kommunizierst Deine Ergebnisse erfolgreich Deinem Kunden und begleitest anschließend die umfassende Implementierung Deiner Idee zusammen mit dem Data Engineering Team
Als Experte mit Fachwissen nimmst Du an Kundenterminen teil

Dein Profil

Data ist auch in Deiner DNA? Das solltest Du mitbringen:

Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Statistik, Mathematik oder vergleichbarem Studiengang mit starkem quantitativen Fokus
Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von Business Analytics und Data Science
Sehr gutes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Datenmodellierung und -analyse und Kenntnisse der Softwareentwicklung
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (klassische und agile Methoden)
Expertise in gängigen Analytics-Toolboxen, insbesondere der Programmiersprache Python (und relevanter Bibliotheken), Visualisierungslösungen (wie Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI) sowie Datenbanken und Big Data Technologien
Du hast Freude an projektbezogener Arbeit, bist kundenorientiert und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
Verhandlungen und Präsentationen in Deutsch als auch in Englisch sind für Dich kein Problem

You design and manage challenging data science projects in an interdisciplinary team
You routinely recognize the needs of your customers and develop effective, data-driven solutions
From the data records of your customers you extract the data that is decisive for the task
You create innovative solutions using modern methods from the fields of statistics, machine learning, mathematical optimization and visual analytics
You successfully communicate your results to your customer and then accompany the comprehensive implementation of your idea together with the data engineering team
You control your colleagues in the project and lead them to success
As an expert with expert knowledge you will participate in customer meetings

Your profile

Data is also in your DNA? You should bring that with you:

University degree in (business) informatics, business administration, statistics, mathematics or a comparable course of studies with a strong quantitative focus
At least 3 years professional experience in the field of Business Analytics and Data Science
Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, strong understanding of data modeling and analysis, and software development skills
Several years of experience in project management (classical and agile methods)
Expertise in common analytics toolboxes, especially the programming languages R and Python (and relevant libraries), visualization solutions (such as Qlik, Tableau, PowerBI) as well as databases and big data technologies
You enjoy project-related work, are customer-oriented and have strong communication skills
Negotiations and presentations in German as well as in English are no problem for you
