We are looking for you to start in Q1 2026 for our Delivery Center in Zagreb!

As a Team Lead in our future Data & AI Consulting entity in Kroatien, you will play a key role in shaping and leading our operations. You will manage and coach a growing team of consult-ants, be actively involved in project delivery, and serve as the bridge between our fully in the company integrated team in Croatia and our international teams.

This role combines hands-on consulting work, operational team management, and relation-ship-building - both internally and externally. You’ll foster collaboration across borders, strengthen the local team’s capabilities, and help establish our presence in Croatia as part of our international Data & AI consulting organization.

Your mission

Team Leadership & Coaching

Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants working on international Data & AI projects
Be visibly present and available for your team, providing day-to-day guidance and support
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Conduct regular coaching sessions and promote professional development through feedback and mentoring
Ensure clear role definition, smooth communication, and effective collaboration across projects
Support onboarding and create an engaging, growth-oriented team environment

Operational & Project Delivery

Manage the daily operations of the local team, ensuring resource efficiency and delivery excellence
Actively contribute to client projects (on average, 4 days per week) taking on roles in data science or data engineering
Oversee project progress, quality, and timelines, and intervene when challenges arise
Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the local face to customers both in-ternationally and within Croatia
Ensure project execution aligns with client expectations and overall business strat-egy

Bridge-Building & International Collaboration

Act as the key connector between the Croatian team and international colleagues
Build and maintain strong internal relationships with project leaders, sales, and technical experts
Promote the capabilities and success stories of the Croatian team across the wider organization
Drive alignment on delivery standards, processes, and collaboration models
Encourage knowledge sharing and joint delivery across geographies and teams

Recruitment, Employer Branding & Community Engagement

Support recruitment efforts to attract top talent in the Croatian market
Represent the company in front of universities, tech communities, and at industry events
Contribute to building a strong employer brand and local presence in the Data & AI field
Collaborate with HR and leadership to shape local talent development and reten-tion initiatives

Business Development & Operational Excellence

Contribute to account and business development activities locally
Identify opportunities to extend capabilities and optimize delivery operations
Monitor financial and operational KPIs such as utilization, margins, and project health
Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting in internal systems
Provide regular updates on team performance, client engagement, and delivery outcomes

Your profile

Data is also in your DNA? You should bring the following:

University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Natural Sci-ences, or a comparable field
7–10 years of experience in IT consulting, ideally in Data & AI, analytics, or digital transformation
Experience in working with relevant technologies and offerings in the field of Data & AI (e.g. Azure, AWS, Databricks) for clients locally or internationally
Passion for Data Science & AI, relevant technologies, and their practical applica-tion
Proven experience in leading teams or managing project delivery in an IT-Consult-ing environment
Leadership and coaching mindset, with the ability to inspire and develop others
Excellent operational management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management abilities and experience working across interna-tional teams
Background in cross-country delivery is a strong advantage
Fluent in English, German is an additional asset
Hands-on, pragmatic leader who enjoys being close to both people and working on projects

Als Team Lead in unserer zukünftigen Data & AI Consulting Einheit in Kroatien spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Gestaltung und Führung unserer lokalen Aktivitäten.
Du leitest und coachst ein wachsendes Team von Consultants, bist aktiv in die Projektabwicklung eingebunden und fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen unserem vollständig ins Unternehmen integrierten Team in Kroatien und unseren internationalen Teams.

Diese Rolle vereint praktische Beratungsarbeit, operatives Teammanagement und Beziehungsaufbau – sowohl intern als auch extern. Du förderst die bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit über Ländergrenzen hinweg, stärkst die Fähigkeiten des lokalen Teams und trägst dazu bei, unsere Präsenz in Kroatien als Teil unserer internationalen Data & AI Consulting Organisation aufzubauen.

Teamführung & Coaching

Führe, coache und entwickle ein Team von Consultants, die an internationalen Data & AI Projekten arbeiten
Sei sichtbar präsent und für dein Team erreichbar, indem du tägliche Orientierung und Unterstützung bietest
Fördere eine Kultur der Zusammenarbeit, Verantwortung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
Führe regelmäßige Coaching-Sessions durch und unterstütze die berufliche Weiterentwicklung durch Feedback und Mentoring
Sorge für klare Rollen, reibungslose Kommunikation und effektive Zusammenarbeit über Projekte hinweg
Unterstütze das Onboarding und schaffe ein motivierendes, wachstumsorientiertes Teamumfeld

Operatives & Projektarbeit

Manage den täglichen operativen Betrieb des lokalen Teams und stelle effiziente Ressourcennutzung sowie hohe Delivery-Qualität sicher
Arbeite aktiv in Kundenprojekten mit (durchschnittlich 4 Tage pro Woche) und übernimm Rollen im Data Science oder Data Engineering
Überwache Projektfortschritte, Qualität und Zeitpläne und greife ein, wenn Herausforderungen auftreten
Pflege starke Kundenbeziehungen und agiere als lokale Ansprechperson sowohl für internationale als auch kroatische Kunden
Stelle sicher, dass die Projektausführung den Kundenerwartungen und der Geschäftsstrategie entspricht

Brückenbau & internationale Zusammenarbeit

Agiere als zentrale Verbindungsperson zwischen dem kroatischen Team und internationalen Kolleg:innen
Baue starke interne Beziehungen zu Projektleitenden, Vertrieb und technischen Expert:innen auf und pflege diese
Mache die Fähigkeiten und Erfolgsgeschichten des kroatischen Teams in der gesamten Organisation sichtbar
Treibe die Abstimmung zu Delivery-Standards, Prozessen und Kollaborationsmodellen voran
Fördere Wissensaustausch und gemeinsame Delivery über Länder- und Teamgrenzen hinweg

Recruiting, Employer Branding & Community Engagement

Unterstütze Recruiting-Aktivitäten zur Gewinnung von Top-Talenten im kroatischen Markt

Dein Profil

Data ist auch in Deiner DNA? Das solltest Du mitbringen:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Computer Science, Data Engineering oder einem anderen mathematisch/ naturwissenschaftlichem Feld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
7 - 10 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Consulting, idealerweise in den Bereichen Data & AI, Analytics oder digitale Transformation
Erfahrung im Umgang mit relevanten Technologien und Lösungen im Data & AI Umfeld (z. B. Azure, AWS, Databricks) für lokale oder internationale Kunden
Leidenschaft für Data Science & AI, relevante Technologien und deren praktische Anwendung
Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams oder im Management von Projekt-Deliveries in einem IT-Consulting Umfeld
Leadership- und Coaching-Mentalität, mit der Fähigkeit, andere zu inspirieren und weiterzuentwickeln
Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im operativen Management, in der Kommunikation und in der Problemlösung
Starke Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management und Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams
Hintergrund in länderübergreifender Delivery ist ein großer Vorteil
Fließende Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind ein zusätzliches Plus
Hands-on, pragmatische Führungspersönlichkeit, die gerne nah an Menschen arbeitet und aktiv an Projekten mitwirkt
